Trucking Jobs Increase In April

The trucking sector added 3,000 jobs during April, according to federal data. 

The number of industry jobs has now increased for the second month in a row after a dismal February, read a Bureau of Labor Statistics report. 

The total number of trucking jobs is now at 1.612 million, setting a new historical high for the second month in a row. 

That number massively increased year-over-year, as April 2022’s job number was 1.571 million.
