NSRMCA Partners With NoCell Technologies To Promote Safer Driving
The National Star Route Mail Contractors Association (NSRMCA) — which represents transportation firms that contract with the Postal Service — is partnering with NoCell Technologies to promote safer driving through fewer distractions. NoCell develops solutions to mitigate the use of cell phones while behind the wheel of commercial vehicles, which helps reduce distracted driving.
Under this partnership, NoCell Technologies will provide NSRMCA members with reduced-cost access to the NOCELL® platform — a commercial-grade solution that limits smartphone interaction while the vehicle is in motion — to help ensure safe, national transportation of the mail. This reduced cost-option will be made immediately available to NSRMCA members.

The partnership comes during April, which is National Distracted Driving Awareness Month. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, distracted driving resulted in 3,142 fatalities in 2020. This does not account for the countless injuries and property damage caused by distracted driving.
