NSRMCA Announces Leadership Transition as President Jack Khudikyan Steps Down

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Star Route Mail Contractors Association (NSRMCA) today announced that Board President Jack Khudikyan will step down from his leadership role to focus on his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of AiLO and spend more time with his young family.

NSRMCA thanked Khudikyan for his leadership and service during a period of significant change for both the association and the postal transportation industry.

“Jack has given a tremendous amount of time and energy to NSRMCA, and we are grateful for his leadership, his commitment to our members and his service to the postal transportation community,” said NSRMCA Executive Director Trinette R. Cunningham. “We wish Jack and his family the very best and look forward to his continued involvement in the industry.”

“Serving as President of NSRMCA has been one of the great honors of my professional life,” Khudikyan said. “I am grateful to our members, the Board and the leaders throughout the United States Postal Service who have worked with us. With NSRMCA now under professional executive leadership and a number of important initiatives underway, I believe this is the right time for me to focus more of my attention on my family and AiLO.”

In accordance with NSRMCA’s bylaws, Vice President Nina Dittmar of Marathon Mail Service will assume the role of Interim President.

The transition comes as NSRMCA continues a broader modernization effort focused on strengthening member value, improving communications and building a more collaborative relationship among postal transportation suppliers and the United States Postal Service. Initiatives underway include new membership categories and benefits, a new website and association management platform, and the rebranding of the association’s signature events as Winter Collaborate and Collaborate 2027.

“NSRMCA has served the postal transportation industry for more than 90 years because it has continued to evolve,” Cunningham said. “That work continues. Our focus is on delivering greater value to our members, providing a strong and constructive industry voice, and strengthening collaboration with the Postal Service as the transportation network continues to change.”
